Teachers Workshop – Standard Teaching Procedures for Effective Teaching

International Public Sr.Sec.School , Ludhiana organised a workshop on Standard teaching practices for its teaching faculty on July 5,2025. Around 120 teachers of the school availed the golden opportunity to stay abreast with the evolving educational landscape .The workshop was conducted by Academic expert and Master Trainer,Linguist,Mr Manish Mishra ,who suggested bountiful fructiferous measures to halt the monotonous classroom environment and to engage the students in experiential learning.The workshops proved to be awakening where the custodians of education delved into the transformative vision With thought-provoking presentations, collaborative discussions, and hands-on activities, teachers explored innovative approaches to experiential learning .Educators were apprised of Jacob S. Kounin’s model of classroom discipline focuses on preventative techniques like withitness, overlapping, effective transitions, and reducing satiation to keep students engaged and minimize misbehavior. Principal Mrs Sheetal Nathaniel lauded the resource person for his commendable efforts in refining pedagogical practices and empowering educators with effective strategies to foster child-centered, cognitively engaging classrooms.She also emphasized the importance of disseminating the key learnings from such programmes among peers to further enhance pedagogical practices across the educational ecosystem.The event concluded on a high note, leaving participants inspired and deeply satisfied.
